Returns & Cancellations Policy

 

1. Order Cancellation

An order can be canceled in the following cases:

  1. Before completing your order, pressing the "X" button at the checkout form of the cart page.
  2. A submitted order can only be cancelled while not in shipping status. You have the right to cancel an order within 12 hours after submitting it and receiving the confirmation email. In every other situation, cancelling is subject to shipping expenses (as well as Cash on Delivery costs - if chosen as a payment method).

2. Return of products

The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013).
Prerequisites for product return:

  1. The product has not suffered any intentional or unintentional damage from the customer.
  2. Its packaging has not been damaged.
  3. The product has not been used.
  4. The product is accompanied by its original packaging and all its contents.
  5. Items that have special factory packaging should not have their packaging tampered with or damaged.
  6. Do not remove labels or markings that the products may have.
  7. The product to be returned is accompanied by the retail receipt you received upon receipt.
  8. The goods are the responsibility of the sender until they reach our warehouses, so they must be properly packaged and not have suffered any damage during transport.
  9. Delivery of returned items should be made at our headquarters.

Returned products that do not meet any of the above conditions are not accepted.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • In the supply of goods, which may deteriorate or expire soon.
  • In seasonal products.
  • In the supply of goods that have been ordered abroad at the suggestion of the customer and in the supply of products that are made to order (eg handmade products)
  • In the supply of sealed goods, which are not suitable for return, for reasons of health protection or for reasons of hygiene, and which have been unsealed after their delivery.

In case of return you should either send an e-mail to the e-mail address sales@e-dedes.gr which will state the order code and the reason for the return, or call +30 23940 25615 from 09:00 to 13:00 Monday - Friday.

• In the case of a return from a cancellation, the returned goods must be sent by means of transport of the customer's choice and charge. The return must be delivered to our headquarters.
For the completion and approval of the return, you must send an e-mail to the email address sales@e-dedes.gr with the shipping code of the returned package.

• In case of returning a defective product or an error in the order, it is necessary to send us a photo of the problem to sales@e-dedes.gr within two days of its receipt and to contact us beforehand so that the appropriate carrier can be selected at our expense.

Return processing takes an average of 5 business days.

  • In the event of a product replacement, this will be completed within 2-3 working days from the date we receive the returned products and subject to availability of stock.
  • In the event of a refund, this will be completed within 7 working days of the date we receive the returned products.
    Once the refund has been made you will receive an informational e-mail.

Additional Statements

  1. In case of return of products due to withdrawal, the amount of money related to the value of the goods is reimbursed (except shipping costs, cash on delivery costs or bank charges). In case of products sent with Free Shipping, the amount to be withheld is  7.00€.
  2. In case of return of defective products, the amount related to the value of the goods and the shipping costs is refunded.
  3. Refund for an order paid by Cash on Delivery: The refund is made to your bank account.
  4. Refund for an order paid by Deposit: The refund is made to your bank account.
  5. Refund for an order paid by Paypal: The refund is made to your Paypal account.
  6. Refund for an order paid by card: The refund is made to your card. The refund order is automatically given electronically on the date we receive the returned products. The refund time is set exclusively by the issuing bank of the card and is completed by the banking system within a few days. e-dedes.gr, after submitting a return order, does not bear any responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the rebuttal, which is regulated by the aforementioned bank and customer agreement.
  7. Refunds for returned seasonal products due to cancellation are not supported. For these cases, a discount code of equal value to the returns is issued for future purchases.
  8. Refunds are not made for orders that the customer / user refused to receive due to poor handling or late delivery by courier companies or transport companies.

3. Claims – Protests

For any problem that arises during your transaction with e-dedes.gr, for immediate settlement, please contact us either by e-mail at sales@e-dedes.gr or by phone at +30 23940 25615 from 09:00 to 14:00 Monday – Friday.
